DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This sales agreement is a sales agreement prepared in the digital environment between otomasyonburada.com.tr and users.

The main subject of the distance sales contract is the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers regarding the sale and delivery of the product, which the seller sells to the buyer and whose qualities and sales price are specified below; It covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Implementation Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE.1: In the distance sales contract, otomasyonburada.com.tr will be mentioned as a seller in the following sections.

ARTICLE.2: Those who create a membership and shop by entering automationburada.com.tr will be defined as buyers from now on.

ARTICLE.3: The seller has the right to change the product information, brands, type, model, color, sale price and payment method on the site in any way he wishes.

ARTICLE.5: The general provisions regarding the distance sales contract are clearly stated below.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The buyers have declared that they have confirmed the basic qualifications mentioned in the contract in the above-mentioned article.4 electronically.

On the site of automationburada.com.tr, the product is delivered to the person or organization at the address within the specified period depending on the length of the address of the buyer for the purchased product, provided that it does not exceed the legal delivery time of 10 days.
If the product to be purchased is to be delivered to someone other than the buyer, the SELLER is not responsible in any way if the recipient does not accept the delivery.

The SELLER is responsible for delivering the purchased product intact, complete and as specified in the order and by attaching the user manual together with the warranty certificate.
The buyer must know that he has approved this contract electronically for the delivery of the product he will buy. Therefore, the sales price must be paid in advance with the specified payment method. If the price of the product is not paid for any reason or due to a problem in the bank records, the seller is not responsible for the delivery of the product if the price of the product does not reach the SELLER.

If the product is delivered and the product price that may occur in any way after the unlawful use of the buyer's credit card by persons who are not authorized to use it due to reasons related to the buyer's fault, is not paid. The buyer has to pay the price of the product to the seller within 3 working days as stated in the sales contract. In case of such a problem, the shipping and shipping costs of the product belong to the buyer.

The seller is obliged to notify the buyer of the delay in the delivery of the product due to weather conditions or obstruction of shipment for any reason. In such a situation, the buyer may request the product to be cancelled, changed or postponed. The choice here is left to the original will of the buyer.

In case the sent product is defective, damaged or out of warranty conditions, it can request repair or replacement and send the product back to the seller. Here, the return time must be made within 10 days. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the seller. If the buyer does not deliver the product within the specified period of 10 days, he has to take the product to the relevant service and warranty conditions will be started at this point.

After the above-mentioned distance sales contract is approved in electronic environment, the service validity will be started by realizing the membership. If this agreement is not approved, the membership application will not be accepted.

ARTICLE. 6: The buyer has the right to withdraw by sending the product again within the 10-day period specified. In order for the right of withdrawal to begin, the seller must be notified by fax or e-mail within 10 days.

ARTICLE.7: Consumer courts are authorized for possible disputes regarding product purchase.

ARTICLE.8: When the BUYER makes the payment for the order placed on the Site, he is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract. The SELLER has made the necessary software arrangements to obtain confirmation that this contract has been read and accepted by the BUYER on the site before the order is placed.
